How does the partnership work?

Most partners work with us on a monthly design partnership, with a set number of designs each month. We also take one-time projects. Apply, and we'll walk you through the options for your business.

What do you need from me?

Photos, measurements and a sketch from your site visit, plus the client's wish list. A phone photo of a napkin drawing works. Partners send everything through the S&C app.

How fast is it?

Your first draft arrives in 5 business days once we have everything we need. Rush delivery is available.

Are Build Plans permit drawings?

No. Build Plans are unsealed construction references for hardscape and deck projects that don't require an architect's or engineer's stamp. We don't file permits or HOA submissions, and work like pools, retaining walls and roofed structures needs your own licensed professional. More about Build Plans.

Whose name is on the design?

Yours. Every presentation and plan sheet carries your logo and contact info.

Do you only work in Florida?

No. We're based in St. Augustine, FL, and design remotely for contractors across the USA.
