Square & Compass Design Group is a remote design studio for outdoor living contractors, based in St. Augustine, Florida.
My story
I'm Antonio Cerqueira, owner, founder and lead designer at Square & Compass Design Group. With more than 15 years of architectural design experience, I've dedicated my career to elevating outdoor living through intentional design and high-end visualization.
My work blends geometry, structure, and lifestyle, transforming backyards into refined living spaces with pools, outdoor kitchens, entertainment areas, and custom layouts designed for real life. Square & Compass was built to bring clarity to the design process and give clients the ability to see their space in full detail before construction begins.
Every project is an opportunity to create something timeless, functional, and visually striking. That's the purpose behind my work, and the foundation of this design studio.

The name
Square & compass.
The square and the compass are the oldest tools in design: one for true lines, one for true curves. Every layout we draw starts with both.
